Replacement Game Mic for Logitech G PRO X2, G PRO X Wireless, and G Pro Wired Gaming Headsets

The Crystalbase sound and no delay replacement Mic is compatible with Logitech G PRO X2, G PRO X (Model: 981-000817/981-000811 The first and second generation) 7.1 wireless gaming headsets and G Pro X wired gaming headsets. It does not fit the other headsets. Please ensure that your USB dongle (G-Hub) is properly installed in your computer so that the headphone itself is working first.

Troubleshooting: 1. Check if your USB dongle is properly installed in your computer and make sure the computer voice input setting is G pro. 2. If your headset is the G Pro X 1st wired version, switch the PC cable (with G logo) / mobile cable in PC and try which one works, or use the alcohol pad to clean all the plugger (Mic Jack). 3. If your headset is the G PRO X / X2 wireless headphone, go to Device Manager > Sound, video, and game controllers > Logitech G PRO X Gaming Headset > Right-click Properties > Driver tab > Uninstall Device, and then plug in the headset, install again, try a few times until it works. 4. To use the G Pro headset with Quest 2, make sure your headset is the G PRO VR headset, and ensure your USB sound card is installed on your PC to use the blue voice. Then use the 3.5mm audio jack on the left ear cup (quest 2) and connect to the left side of the headsets. It can't work directly by plugging this mic into your VR headsets.
