Please note that the USB surround sound card only works on PC, Mac, and PS4. For use with Xbox One, a headset adapter from Microsoft is required. Please be aware that it is not supported with the Xbox 360 or PS3. The frequency response is 15-25kKhz, and the headphones fit type is Over-Ear. However, if the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance. It is recommended to change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ear.

The headset is compatible with 7.1 virtual surround sound on PC & Mac, while providing stereo on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices. The HyperX Dual Chamber Drivers use 50mm drivers to reduce distortion by separating bass frequencies from the mids and highs, providing more accurate, smoother in-game audio.
